PERSONNEL SELECTION, ASSESSMENT, & PROMOTION
JPS designs, develops, and implements processes and tools to better assess, hire, and promote employees. This work has included implementing an automated system for hiring and entry on duty, development of computer-based simulations used to assess skills and abilities, and performing validation studies.

U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) – Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) – JPS managed the implementation of a new automated recruiting and onboarding system.  The new system streamlines the hiring and on-boarding process and reduced costs. JPS created a communication plan, designed and implemented branding, and designed, developed, and implemented an intranet site for the new system.

U.S. Army PATRIOT Missile System Enhanced Operator and Maintainer (14E) – JPS developed a prototype simulation assessment of the 14E occupation.  JPS developed a test blueprint, the simulation, and an administrator manual; and conducted a pilot test.
