STRATEGIC AND WORKFORCE PLANNING
JPS partners with organizations to develop and support implementation of strategic and workforce plans that align the mission, the needs and priorities of the organization and workforce, and continually evolving environmental factors.

U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) – JPS helped MSHA create a new diversity plan. JPS performed extensive analysis of personnel data, recruiting processes, and hiring procedures. New diversity goals were listed along with specific steps to meet them.

U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) – JPS was hired to perform strategic human capital planning. For this effort we analyzed employee hiring and separation patterns to develop a succession management plan. Techniques used in this effort included review of documents, extensive analyses of personnel data, and interviews and focus groups with program officials.
