November 2019 – JPS was awarded a contract to support Fairchild Fisk Giroux to provide financial management and accounting support. JPS is providing subject matter expertise and assistance in establishing a chart of accounts, financial management system and accounting using Quickbooks Online.
November 2019 – JPS was awarded a contract to support the Army in a Security Assistance Enterprise Training Project. JPS is providing human capital strategy and instructional systems design support to Fairchild Fisk Giroux and Commonwealth Trading Partners to provide guidance and support data gathering methodology and analysis.
September 2019 – JPS was awarded a contract to support a major US manufacturer of military equipment in a learning and development strategy. JPS is providing technical expertise to Fairchild Fisk Giroux to design and deliver a tailored curriculum for Security Assistance and Cooperation education.

December 2018 – JPS was awarded the contract extension to support the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank to conduct an evaluation of their services. JPS and its partner DPSense L.C. are creating and administering an electronic survey in multiple languages to IFC clients around the world.
August 2018 – JPS was awarded a contract to support Commonwealth Trading Partners in setting up accounting systems for CTP Ltd. JPS is setting up methods to review and report on timesheets and jobs in Quickbooks.

June 2016 – JPS was awarded a contract to support the State Department in a monitoring and evaluation program. JPS is providing strategic planning and management consulting.
May 2016 – JPS was selected
to be a small business prime contractor under the GSA/OPM
Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTs SB) contract.
This is a 5 year contract with additional 5 and a 1/2 year
options.

September 2015 – The OIG at
the Federal Election Commission (FEC) hired JPS to identify
the causes of low morale among members of the FEC workforce.
JPS conducted interviews, ran focus groups, and administered
a survey then issued a report with findings and recommendations.
August 2015 – JPS was awarded a contract
to support the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of
the World Bank to conduct an evaluation of their services.

August 2015 – JPS was awarded a project to
support the U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS)
in a leadership development program. JPS and its partner Pressman
Consulting L.L.C are assisting USCIS supervisors through the
use of 360 assessments, executive coaching, and reading/training
materials.

April 2014 – JPS began an effort with the Department of Energy, Fossil Energy (FE) to develop succession and diversity plans and implementation plans. We will also develop competency models and conduct skill gap analysis for mission critical occupations.

NEWS AND EVENTS IN 2013
October 2013 – JPS signed a modification with OPM to extend for another year its services to the government as a prime human capital vendor on the OPM TMA contract.
August 2013 – JPS helped Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration in revising and updating its strategic human capital plan.
July 2013 – JPS successfully completed a project for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Affairs (OHA) which included leadership development, strategic planning, teambuilding, and coaching.
June 2013 – JPS successfully developed and conducted a demonstration for the Navy of a detailing application for a new platform - the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS). The application automates the full detailing process from the time Sailors are first identified for a new billet through the time they complete their training.
January 2013 – The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Office Human Resources Service retained JPS to continue supporting their Workload Tracking Tool to automate their processes. JPS is performing project management and communication support, and MicroPact is providing the software and technical support.
